Has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from a hairdressing career in the industry. Alison started her career as a school-leaver and trained with/worked for several high-end salons. She was ‘head-hunted’ to run and manage the flagship salon of a local hairdressing chain.
Before opening ‘Browns’ in 2003 Alison developed her knowledge and skill set when working alongside some of the best-known names in hairdressing during her six years as a Technical Specialist for Wella, one of the biggest global brands within the hair industry.
